Florida's economic boost from college football

College football kicked off last week, and those football wins from Florida's seven division one NCAA football teams equal big bucks for the state.

That's according to a new report by Florida Taxwatch .

Tallahassee, home to the 2013 National Championship team the Florida State Seminoles, anticipates between $1.5 to 10 million in economic activity generated per game.

The 2017 College Football National Championship game in Tampa could also bring in a lot of money for the state.

The game could generate about $350 million for the local and state economies.
