Blue Angels air show returns to Pensacola Beach
After a year off, thousands of people have been thirsting to see the Blue Angels once again roar across the sky for the air show.
Spectators started their day early to ensure they had a seat in the sand.
"We got up at 4:30, and got out the door by 5", says Kim Neill.
Traffic was backed up, causing many to wait for hours on the roads.
Amy Bowers says, "it took us about three hours to get here this morning, but it's definitely worth it".
An estimated 100,000 people packed the beach for this year's air show.
