Rescuers Losing Hope in Honduras Mine Collapse

EL CORPUS, Honduras-- Honduran officials are losing hope that any more workers survived the collapse of a small gold mine.

Eleven workers were able to flee after Wednesday's collapse

Three others were rescued on Friday and eight remained trapped
Rescue efforts have reportedly started to slow down, and those eight bodies have not yet been located.

The mine is located 60-miles south of the country's capital.

Officials say it has more than a thousand tunnels, most of them unmapped and buried.
