The Texas man accused of killing four children and their parents, collapsed in court today.
A shackled Ronald Haskell was standing before a judge during arraignment hearing when he fell to his knees.

Authorities say Haskell was searching for his ex-wife Wednesday when he shot the family in their suburban Houston home.
In court the prosecutors read the account of the lone shooting survivor, 15 year old Cassidy Stay.
One of the bullets grazed her head.
She played dead and managed to call 911.
"She absolutely saved the lives of her family members.. ah.. I mean.. she is the hero," said Paul Slawinski, a family friend.
Haskell's attorney says the defense will focus on his mental health.
It is unclear why Haskell collapsed .
The 33-year old is charged with capital murder and is being held without bail.
