TROPICAL DEPRESSION 2

Tropical Depression 2 is in the western Atlantic Ocean and moving west. The system is headed to the Caribbean Sea. TD 2 is not forecast to become much stronger and could become non-tropical by Thursday.

Fireworks dangers

And while those laws do exist, there is a loophole.
Rockets can be bought for "Agricultural Purposes" like scaring birds and other animals from crops.
   
But no matter what they are used for, fireworks can hurt you and cause plants and houses to catch fire.

"Fireworks, obviously, are firepower. When you shoot a firework off it can land on your roof of your house,
   
It can land in the brush of your yard, so we really encourage people to watch out for that when they're using fireworks."

The Department of Agriculture says fireworks send close to 5,000 people to the hospital every year.
