Philadelphia row house fire kills four children

    A Holiday weekend tragedy in Philadelphia.
    Authorities say four children were killed when a fire swept through several row houses.
    The victims were a one-month-old boy, a four-year-old boy, and twin four-year-old girls.
    "This is a tragic, tragic day for the city of Philadelphia.  Tragic.  We lost four children today.  And I want everybody to understand that fire is everyone's fight.  Not just the fire department.  It's everyone's fight."
    More than 40 people were displaced.
    A shelter was set up for people at a nearby high school.
    The blaze is now under control, but a cause has not yet been announced
