Kipling Manor Administrator and Assistant Administrator arrested

The Administrator and Assistant Administrator of Kipling Manor Assisted Living Facility are now facing criminal charges.

Belie Williams is charged with three counts of neglect and his daughter, Adrienne Taylor, is charged with three counts of abuse.

Investigators say Williams refused to let psychological nurses into the facility to treat residents for 2 to 3 weeks.

Taylor is accused of failing to provide nursing and caregiving services.
Kipling Manor was shut down by the state in May, after facing numerous violations.

Some of the complaints from residents and employees included verbal abuse and failure to give prescribed medication.

"If I wanted to keep my job, I had to keep my mouth shut and it got to a point where I couldn't do it anymore, I couldn't watch what they were doing."

If convicted, both Williams and Taylor could receive up to 15 years in prison and 15,000 dollars in fines.
