No-fly list lawsuit

A Marine veteran said he is cautious about a recent ruling that could make federal officials tell people why they are on the no-fly list.
Veteran Abe Marshall sued the U.S. Government four years ago over the no-fly list.

Marshall said he did not know he was on the no-fly list until he tried to fly in 2010 and was surrounded by police at an airport.

A federal judge in Oregon instructed the department of homeland security to inform people what unclassified information led to their placement on the list.
Marshal says he was able to fly again last year but still doesn't know why he was on the list.
