HEALTH: American Medical Association wants stricter regulations on e-cigarettes

The American Medical Association wants stricter regulation for electronic cigarettes.
The nation's largest doctors' group agreed to support the Food and Drug Administration's proposed restrictions on buying, packaging and advertising e-cigarettes.

That includes warning labels, and a ban on selling to minors.
But the AMA also is also asking for child proof packaging, and restrictions on e-cigarette flavors like "bubble gum" and "cotton candy" that could appeal to kids.
