Amelia Rose Earhart flight stops in Florida
A special visitor touched down in Miami.
It's one of the stops planned by Amelia Rose Earhart on her around-the-world flight in honor of her namesake.
Amelia Rose is not related to Amelia Earhart, but her trip, called "The Amelia Project", is intended to complete the 1937 around-the-world flight attempted by the original Earhart when she disappeared over the Pacific Ocean.
The trip is expected to take a minimum of 17 days with about 100 hours of flight time.
Once completed, Amelia Rose will be the youngest woman to go around the world in a single-engine aircraft.
