Study name Florida "most corrupt State" also

A new study from Indiana University and the University of Hong Kong says Florida is one of the most corrupt states.

The study suggests that state corruption is costing Floridians more than 1300 dollars per year.
   
Government Watchdog group Integrity Florida says the legislature could fix the problems if they wanted to.

The study took into account decades of corruption law violations.
Oregon came in as the least corrupt state.
