Ford Pays Back Customers for Overstating MPG Rate

About 200,000 Ford owners will soon be getting checks in the mail.
That's because the automaker is paying up for overstating the miles per gallon rate for some of its small sedans.
Included in the mislabeled vehicles are the 2014 Ford Fiesta, Fusion Hybrid and Energi, the MKZ,  and the 2013 and 2014 models of the C-Max Hybrid and Energi.
This is Ford's second downward mileage revision for the C-max.
Owners should expect checks ranging between $125 and $1,050.
