Tropical Storm Bertha has formed over the Atlantic with winds of 45 miles per hour. The storm is not forecast to become a hurricane. The storm is not forecast to move into the Gulf of Mexico.

FEMA application numbers, county by county

FEMA has approved more than 14-million, 50,000 dollars in aid to help people affected by last month's flood.
Each FEMA center sees about 150 people a day.

As of Thursday evening, FEMA has approved more  than 7,000 applications from all four counties.

Here's a breakdown of FEMA applications county by county.
Escambia County has received more than six thousand applications.
Santa Rosa has received 1,245.
Okaloosa 378.
And Walton 67.
   
So far, disaster survivor assistance teams have helped 972 people at their homes and continue to go door to door to help.
FEMA registration centers will be open Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm, and Sunday from noon to 7pm.
