Resveratrol became popular when very high levels of the antioxidant showed promise for longer life spans in mice. 

But, they found that in humans, it does not reduce the risk for heart disease and cancer, or help us live longer

Researchers found that "Moms-To-Be" were 42% more likely to be involved in a serious crash.

That's because of the fatigue and stress associated with pregnancy.

The same team of Canadian researchers studied on more than half-a-million expectant mothers over the course of 5-years.

It's better to forgive and forget.
Scottish researchers did memory testing on people, by using scenarios of wrong doing.

They found that if you forgive the wrong doing first, it's easier to forget.

The researchers believe this is a coping mechanism to help you "move on" after an emotional or traumatic event.
