Dosage Changes to Sleep Aid

The sleep aid drug "Lunesta" may help you doze off at night. but federal health officials are concerned about the next morning.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says a person may be less alert the day after taking the drug.

That could make activities like driving more dangerous.
So, they have now halved the recommended dosage for the well-known sleep aid.

The FDA decided to decrease the recommended starting dose from two milligrams to one.
