Waterfront Rescue Mission Collects Donations for Flood Victims

Pensacola was hit hard by the storms this past week. So many individuals and families are still wading through the damages as they attempt to take the first steps in recovering their homes and belongings.

Waterfront Rescue Mission facilities was a recipient of severe damage during the recent floods in Pensacola.

All facilities are in the process of cleaning and recovery as we continue to serve the homeless and those in need in the Pensacola area.

Many in our communities are in need, some for the first time, for basic clothing and hygiene items. Waterfront Rescue Mission is collecting items to be given to those seeking assistance.

Donations of gently used clothing and hygiene items may be dropped off at any of the Mission's Bargain Centers or Recycling and Donation Center.

The Mission asks that the clothing not be wet or damaged so to be distributed quicker to those in need.
