120 deaths in West Africa due to ebola outbreak

The World Health Organization blames the Ebola virus for more than 120 deaths in West Africa.

Most have been concentrated in Guinea, which is dealing with its first outbreak of the highly contagious disease.

Health workers are trying to contain its spread, tracking down anyone who may have had contact with those who were sick.
Officials say the outbreak could last months.
