Avalanche on Mount Everast

A 13th Sherpa has died after Friday's avalanche on Mount Everest, April 18th.

A group of about 50 people, mostly Nepali Sherpas, were hit by the avalanche at more than 20,000ft.

They were setting ropes and preparing equipment for climbers as the peak climbing season is just a few days away.

4,000 people have reached the peak of Everest since it was first climbed in 1953.
Hundreds have died trying.
