Nevada Rancher wins battle with BLM

The Bureau of Land Management is backing down in its battle with a Nevada Rancher.

On April 5th, the Federal agency started rounding up cattle belonging to Cliven Bundy.

BLM says Bundy was letting his herd run on public land without paying grazing fees.

The agency says he's more than a million dollars behind in payments.
More than 100 armed protestors joined Bundy to fight the seizure of his cattle.

Today the Bureau of Land Management said it would not enforce a court order to remove the cattle, citing concerns for the safety of their employees and the public.
