YOUR THREE CENTS: Do you think the government should do more to regulate campaign contributions?

A follow up question to last week's  discussion on campaign finances.
The Supreme Court last week did away with the overall limits on what an individual can contribute to political campaigns in an election cycle.
The court left intact the limits on what you can give to a single campaign or candidate... but the overall cap of 123-thousand dollars over two years is gone.
Critics say it opens the door for the rich to have more say in elections than the average American.
Supporters of the decision say the overall limit was a violation of someone's free speech rights.
But the latest Rasmussen Reports survey finds that voters, by a two-to-one margin, disagree with the Supreme Court ruling and believe the government should control how much money people can contribute.
54-percent say the government should regulate what an individual can donate.
29 percent say the government should not.
