BREAKING: 2014 Hurricane Season prediction

One of the leading experts on tropical storms says the 2014 Hurricane season will 'be quiet.'

Dr. William Gray, Professor of Atmospheric Science at Colorado State University, predicts there will be 9 named storms between June 1 and November 30.. He believes 3 will develop into hurricanes and one will be a major hurricane.

Gray released his forecast this morning during the National Tropical Weather Conference on South Padre Island Texas.
