Judge decides to hold sentence due to lawyer not present

ESCAMBIA COUNTY   --  An Escambia County judge has decided *not to sentence the woman who beat a Pensacola teen to death.
That's because her lawyer was not in court.
21-year-old, Miyoshi Robinson,  was found guilty of  aggravated battery in February,
Robinson beat 18-year-old Ronkia Sconiers until she was unconscious in January, 2013.

Sconiers died two days later after the fight outside the Morris Court Apartments.
Some of the victims family traveled from New York to witness the sentencing.
