Military endurance "Fins for Fisher House"

Military dive teams will test their endurance Saturday with a twelve-hour swim in the Santa Rosa Sound.
Divers from the 6th Ranger Training Battalion were on the beach today, getting ready for an event called "Fins for Fisher House".
Army and Navy dive teams will swim relay-style, from Helen Back in Navarre to Helen Back on Okaloosa Island.
It's about twenty-five kilometers, or almost sixteen miles.
S1C Anthony Fuentes/6th Ranger Training Battalion "It's meant to be a sprint. So we're looking at putting guys in the water fifteen-thirty minutes. They're going to swim as hard as they can, come out, try to recover and just keep that momentum going."

You can sponsor your favorite team to raise money for the Fisher House Foundation.
They provide housing for families of service members being treated in military hospitals.

There's a Fisher House on Eglin Air Force Base.
