Sebelius resigning as health secretary

The Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius, has officially resigned

Sebelius held the position for five years and took a lot of heat over the problems rolling out the affordable care law.

Friday, President Obama gave her credit for correcting those problems and allowing 7.5 million people to enroll for health insurance.
He also announced his nominee to fill the job, White House budget director Sylvia Burwell.

The Senate will have to confirm the nomination.
