Pensacola Ice Flyers survive semi-finals

Good news for our home team, the Pensacola Ice Flyers.
They went to Knoxville in need of a win to survive in the semi-final series against the Knoxville Ice Bears.

And they pulled it off with a 3-1 win last night, April 5th.
The score was 2-1 until only 35 seconds left in the game.

Drew Baker took the puck and fired it the length of the ice from right wing of the Ice Flyers' Zone to make it 3-1.

The Ice Flyers and Ice Bears will play the deciding game three of the series tonight, April 6th, in the Pensacola Bay Center at 6:05pm.
The winner will take on the Columbus Cottonmouths in the 2014 PHL President's Cup Finals.
