Healthy high school students in Florida increase

Florida health officials say high school students are showing an increase in healthy behaviors.
They surveyed more than 6-thousand students across the state and found several trends.

The number of students who drank soda one or more times a day dropped 8 percent from 2007 to 2013.
The study also shows a drop of 9 percent students who watched more than 3 hours of TV per day.

Also, the number of students who exercised for an hour 5 days a week increased from 38 to 44 percent.
The Florida Departments of Health and Education are working to help students make more healthy choices at school.
