Four arrested in armed home invasion in Escambia County

ESCAMBIA COUNTY - Four people are facing charges after deputies say they forced their way into an Escambia County home and held people at gun point. The victims were a group of three young men who say they were just  hanging out and watching TV before they were robbed.

It happened at a home on Senegal Drive near Leebeck Circle around 5:00 p.m. yesterday.

You can see black marks where victims told deputies a group of guys kicked in the front door and held them at gunpoint.

Investigators say one of the victims was hit with a stick before the suspects took something from the home and ran away. When deputies got to the scene, they saw four young men running on railroad tracks behind the home. The deputies quickly chased them down and placed them under arrest.

The Sheriff's Office says it can't yet reveal what the suspects stole from the home because the case is still under investigation.
Deputies say one of the suspects, Thomas Nguyen, was carrying a backpack holding three gallon-sized bags of marijuana. They also say a stolen gun was found in a trash can nearby.

Benjamin Moon, Joshua Williams and 17 year-old Collin Williamson are charged with robbery home invasion. Nguyen is charged with robbery home invasion and possession of marijuana. The victims were shaken up but are all okay.
