Florida officer pleads DUI arrest

A Florida police officer tried to talk his way out of a DUI last month, but it didn't work.

Albert Coriat, a 14 year veteran, was stopped on the Florida turnpike in Plantation last month when he tried to make an illegal u-turn.
The trooper who pulled him over smelled alcohol, then gave him a series of sobriety tests.

After failing the tests, Coriat was arrested. Then he pleaded with the trooper to let him go.
"Metro man... I'm metro.  Just let me out, bro.  We're good.  I'm metro.  We're all cops, man.  Come on I'm metro.  Please... Please."

Coriat was booked in the Broward County jail and was relieved of duty.
