UPDATE: Crestview abduction latest

CRESTVIEW  --  Crestview police have located a van linked to the disappearance of a boy in foster care.

Police say three-year old Emmanuel Menz was having a supervised visit with his parents when they abducted him.

This was at the Burger King on South Ferdon Boulevard.
The Department of Children and Families' worker left the family alone to go to the bathroom.

Damonica Rivas/Department of Children and Families: "The whole premise of a supervised visit is to supervise a child at all times, so clearly there was something there and we're all working together to find out what happened and what the next steps will be."

The van was found Friday morning, about half a mile away, behind the Cracker Barrel restaurant.

Police are searching it for evidence.
They're still looking for the boy and his parents, Karl Menz and Virginia Lynch.

They may be driving a uHaul van.
It has an Arizona license plate and a uHaul ID- number of B-E- 5700 R- clearly marked on all sides.

If you know where this family is or see the van you're asked to call 911.
