CVS cuts tobacco products

CVS is going to stop selling tobacco products in its stores.

The pharmacy giant is phasing out cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco by October 1st.
The move will cost two billion dollars a year in lost revenue.

But CVS says  it's part of a push to make the chain a full health care facility.
And open them up to more deals with hospitals and health insurers.
