Pensacola International Airport to receive millions in funding from the state

PENSACOLA  --  Pensacola International Airport is getting 14-million dollars in funding from the state.
Governor Rick Scott made the announcement last night that

His 2014-2015 budget includes $325 million dollars for aviation improvements across the state.
The money earmarked for Pensacola is meant to be used on airport expansion projects to support the establishment of STAerospace, a major maintenance, repair and overhaul service provider.
Pensacola International Airport Director Greg Donovan says, "In the coming years, hundreds of additional jobs and partnership with many new companies are now possible due to Governor Scott's strong support of transportation."
