Local woman charged with probation for using her deceased mother's credit card

An Escambia County woman was given two years of probation and community service for using her deceased mothers credit cards to buy stuff.

Rhonda Fillingim's mother passed away in December of 2012. In August of 2013 records show that Fillingim made dozens of purchases with her deceased mothers credit cards and check book.

Fillingim was arrested in October and charged with 64 felony counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and one count of felony grand theft for using her mother's credit card. She pleaded no contest to several charges including frudulent use of a credit card and grand theft.
