HEALTH NEWS: Eye strain in the digital age

We all know staring at computer screens and smart phones all day is hurting our eyes so doctors have some tips on what we can do to cut down on the damage.

First - Force yourself to blink, to keep your eyes hydrated.
Next - Boost the light on your monitor and keep the room bright.

You can also wear computer glasses.  They have a different focal point and help your eyes focus with less effort.
