Pensacola man convicted in 2012 shooting at motel

A Pensacola man has been convicted of a shooting outside an Escambia County motel.

Jurors found Timothy Lowe guilty of attempted murder, aggravated assault on an officer, and resisting arrest.
    In December 2012, Lowe shot at another man during a drug deal.

When police officers arrived, Lowe turned the gun on them.
       Lowe was shot in the leg.
       No one else was hurt.
  
Lowe faces at least 25 years in prison.
He will be sentenced next month.
