State Attorney says she'll re-try Michael Dunn for murder

Florida State Attorney Angela Cory says she will re-try Michael Dunn for the murder of 17 year old Jordan Davis.

Dunn shot and killed Davis in 2012 during an argument over loud rap music.

Dunn fired 10 shots into an SUV Davis and his friends were in.
He claims it was self-defense.
He says Davis threatened him with a shotgun but investigators didn't find any weapons in the SUV.

The jury in Dunn's case was unable to reach a verdict for first degree murder so the judge declared a mistrial on that charge Saturday.
Jurors *did find Dunn guilty on three counts of *attempted murder and one count of firing a gun.
Under the 10-20-Life law, Dunn will serve at least 60 years in prison and he faces up to 15 more years on the charge of firing a gun.
Dunn's attorney says he will appeal the convictions.
