Supreme Court ruled religious groups do not have to provide birth control

The U.S. Supreme Court says a religious group does not have to provide birth control for its employees under the Affordable Care Act.

A Catholic-affiliated group, The Little Sisters of the Poor, argued that using birth control is against their religion.
   
The Supreme Court ruled the Obama Administration could not enforce the requirement on the religious-based non-profit.
    The case now goes back to the lower courts for review.
