YOUR THREE CENTS:Do you support a plan to spend 19-million dollars of BP money on a fish hatchery in Pensacola?

Pensacola Mayor Ashton Hayward insists a plan to build an 18.8 million dollar fish hatchery on Bruce Beach makes economic sense.
He first proposed the idea in 2011.
Governor Rick Scott approved the money last year part of the 67-million dollars he approved for various projects, using fines collected after the BP oil spill.
Hayward says the hatchery would create about 15 permanent jobs, and help revitalize important fish populations in the Gulf.
But at least one member of the city council wants to have environmental experts take a closer look at the plan to see if it has merit.
Other critics say the money could be put to better use on the valuable piece of waterfront property.  tell us what you think.  You can go to our Facebook and vote on our Connect 3 or just click here to go there right now.
