New developments in Jennifer Eiland negligent homicide

PENSACOLA   --  New developments in the case of a Pensacola woman charged with negligent homicide after her child drowned.
The 14-month-old girl was found dead last August in a neighbor's goldfish pond.

Now, a judge has ruled that previous reports of child negligence can be presented as evidence against Jennifer Eiland.

Prosecutors say those reports include witness accounts of her children playing unsupervised near water and in the road.
Eiland's trial is scheduled for March 25th.
