Some California residents allowed to return home after wildfire evacuation

CALIFORNIA   --  Some California residents are back home after a wildfire forced them to evacuate.
The fire began as an out of control camp fire Thursday..
It quickly spread and ran through neighborhoods in the Glendora Foothills, outside Los Angeles.
The fire is being fueled by the Santa Ana Winds and the worst drought in 150 years.
30-percent of the fire is now contained, but not before it burned 1700 acres...

Deputy Chief John Tripp: Los Angeles County Fire Dept: "The forward spread of the fire has stopped."

Three men are behind bars, accused of sparking the raging blaze with an illegal campfire.
