Results of study on controversial pipeline could come today

News that could decide the future of a controversial oil pipeline project could come today.

The results from an Environmental Impact Study into the "Keystone XL" Pipeline are expected to come out this afternoon.

Some believe the results are a key factor in determining whether the project will go foreword.

A final decision may not come for several months.
But if approved, the pipeline would carry 830,000 barrels of oil a day from Alberta, Canada to the US Gulf Coast.
