Eglin AFB contractor death investigated by three groups

EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE  --  At least three groups are investigating the accident on Eglin Air Force Base that killed a civilian defense contractor.

The Foam Fire Supression System in King Hangar was triggered on January 8th.
The youtube video, from a test of that system in 2009.
Two Air Force panels and OSHA are trying to figure out what triggered the system.
A union leader on Eglin says after a similar incident in 2012, stronger safety procedures should have been in place.

"Everybody is avoiding me from the safety perspective, and they're more concerned with why did it happen, and how did it happen and oh my God are we going to be litigated and found liable"

Investigators have not released the cause of death for Contractor JD Lord.
Three other men were treated for inhalation injuries after the incident.
