It kicked off at eleven at the intersection of Spring and Garden Street.
It will run through the downtown area.
Thousands have gathered to honor King and the equality movement.
More than 150 groups and nearly 30 floats are taking part in the celebrations.
MILTON -- Hundreds turned out for the annual MLK Day Parade in Milton this morning.
City leaders, local churches, and members of the military marched through the streets.
People of all ages lined the street to watch the celebration.
Organizers hope the parade was a reminder of Martin Luther King Junior's legacy of community service.
