Two Escambia County children treated for Hypothermia

ESCAMBIA COUNTY   --  Two elementary school students in Escambia County were treated for hypothermia this morning.
Superintendent  Malcolm Thomas says the children rode the bus, and were treated after they arrived at school.
Both students are from the same home, and it's believed they were exposed to frigid temperatures in the home overnight.
Both children had blue skin and faces when they arrived at school, and dangerously low body temperatures.
They were treated by the school nurse, but were not taken to the hospital.
The school district is working with the Department of Children and Families to make sure the children have a warm home tonight.
Their names, school, and ages, are not being released.
