FOLLOW-UP: Okaloosa County Boat accident

OKALOOSA COUNTY  --  The three people killed in a boating accident in Choctawhatchee Bay last week have been identified.
They are all from Niceville and are 47-year-old Rob Williams, 21-year-old Jamilia Beltz, and 18-year-old Taylor Evanoff.
Investigators say a taxi receipt in one of the victim's pockets indicates they were dropped off Thursday evening at Legendary Marine in Destin.
Investigators are still trying to figure out the connection between Williams and his passengers, but the two women are described as good friends.
Until last year, Taylor Evanoff studied cosmetology at the Choice Institute in Okaloosa County.

Investigators say it appears Williams' boat struck a piling of the Mid-Bay bridge.
The wreckage is still underwater.
It's not clear when it will be hauled out.
