YOUR THREE CENTS: Do you think a 6-year-old should be accused of sexual harassment for kissing a girl on the hand?

A 6-year-old boy near Colorado Springs, Colorado, was suspended from school for kissing a girl on the hand.

The boy's teacher says first-grader Hunter Yelton and his classmates were sitting together in a reading group, when Hunter leaned over and kissed the girl on the hand.

That kiss got Hunter suspended from school but the school also accused him of sexual harassment.

Hunter's mom is outraged.
She said Hunter had problems at school before, getting suspended for rough-housing and for kissing the same girl on the cheek.

The family has been working with him on "class disruptions".
The school superintendent says the boy's behavior fits the school policy description of sexual harassment, and it will go on his school record.

The school psychologist says schools have to have strict policies, and follow them, in matters like this because of the potential problems of remaining silent.
