Jury selection began Monday for Malcolm Mcghee Jr.

Jury selection began Monday for Malcolm Mcghee Jr. He's accused of killing a lottery store owner in Davisville last year. As that trial begins, a third suspect has been arrested in the case.
The owner of state line O'Yes Lotto, Tommy Kroll, was killed November 6th of last year. Malcolm Mcghee and Brent Lambeth were quickly arrested. Lambeth has pleaded no contest and is awaiting his sentence. Mcghee's trial begins Tuesday but new evidence has surfaced. 28-year-old Michael Orso is also accused of murder. "I didn't know nothing about a third one." said resident, Shelby Calaway.

Many people didn't know there was a third person authorities were investigating. It worries them that he was on the streets for the past year. Mi'cha'el Mathis said, "It's very sad. I've never seen times the way it is, people crying out but no one listening.
A lot of this violence coming to your front door."

Deputies say the suspects were after a drug called spice. Many people in the community knew the victim. It's now hard for them to drive by the little pink building without thinking about what happened.
Margaret Hudson said, "I think about it every time I drive by it. I notice it's closed. There used to be traffic there all the time. It's just terrible, terrible for the community.

The third suspect, Michael Orso, is in the Escambia County jail without bond. He's expected to have a court appearance in early December.
