Charges dropped for Florida teens accused of bullying Rebecca Sedwick

The Florida girls accused of bullying a 12 year old girl until she committed suicide are no longer facing charges.

Investigators said 13 year old Katelyn Roman and 14 year old Guadalupe Shaw were primarily responsible for bullying Rebecca Sedwick.

Sedwick jumped to her death in September.
They were arrested and charged with felony aggravated stalking last month.

But the charges were dropped last night.
The sheriff who made the arrests stands by his actions -because the alleged bullies are now getting psychological treatment.

If we'd not made arrest, would these children be receiving services today, the answer is no.
How many people across this state and nation had a conversation with their child as a result saying have you bullied anybody have you been bullied it's got to stop it."

An attorney for one of the girls is  threatening legal action.
