Downtown Pensacola Courthouse Christmas tree

PENSACOLA  --  It's beginning to look a little like Christmas in Downtown Pensacola.
The Christmas tree at the Escambia County courthouse is officially up.
Volunteer elves spent the day "fluffing" the the 22-foot tall tree.
Crews had to use a bucket truck to get everything looking good and decorated.
It's all  a part of the getting ready process for "Winterfest" which will have singing, dancing, a parade even snow coming from the courthouse.
The opening night of Winterfest is November 29th.
They'll be lighting the courthouse around 5:30 that afternoon.
