Company charges woman for cursing

A higher charge for cursing, that's how one company in Alabama is trying to make money.

Mahogony Grandison had her car towed when she parked it illegally while visiting a friend. She says her car wasn't the only one towed. While others were being charged $200 to get their cars back, Grandison says she was charged $350. The towing company charged her an extra fee for calling and cursing at them, which she says she didn't do.

"Why is there a cursing fee for $150 noted?"

"Well, with all the harassment we had, we had to do something."

"I explained multiple times it was not me. I even apologized for the person who did curse them out. They were not hearing it."

Huntsville police say there was an argument when Grandison came to pick up her car. The owner of the towing company says if the woman apologizes, he'll consider giving her a partial refund.
