Teen accused of bullying says she did nothing wrong

POLK COUNTY  --  A 13-year-old girl who had been accused of bullying a classmate who later committed suicide says she didn't do anything wrong.

Yes, there were things I couldn't change but I didn't really do anything wrong.
Katelyn Roman and 14-year old Guadalupe Shaw were accused of bullying 12-year-old Rebecca Sedwick until she committed suicide in September.

They were charged with aggravated stalking.
But those charges were dropped Wednesday.

Katelyn Roman appeared on NBC's "Today" show with her parents Thursday.
She says she did learn from the incident that it is important to stand up to bullying.

Well, maybe you should watch what you say and words do hurt. You should use them carefully and try not to hurt people's feelings.

The Polk County sheriff says charges may have been dropped but the pair will not get off scott-free.

Both of them are now in diversion and counseling programs.
